Chores may include: farmwork, weedwacking, carrying random boulders to arbitrary locations, foraging, spliting firewood, chainsawing dead trees* or bamboo stalks, cleaning herbs, drying herbs, mopping, sweeping, dusting, stamping religious items, laundry, dishes

Open Schedule Activities are on your own. You may choose to: hike**, read, write, meditate, calligraphy, Tai Chi Chuan, have more tea, sleep, contemplate life, find a random construction project. 

Informal lessons on the above activities will also be given.

*Chainsaw will be provided
